Shipping and return policy


Shipping

Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone.

Standard Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days. All our products are made in small batches to reduce waste. All the Ready to dispatch items will be delivered within 5-7 working days with a standard shipping option.

If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details. If a customer wants to proritise their order for certain date we would request you to write to us at admin@summermoon.in and we will try our best to fulfil your order.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the order. If 7 days have passed since receiving your order you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. All garments must be in the condition they were received to be entertained for an exchange. If the garment does not pass the quality test and shows signs of being worn/used, the garment will be shipped back to the buyer, and the shipping costs will have to be borne by the buyer for the same.

In the case of exchanges a credit note will be issued to the buyer, which can be used to purchase products of the same value on our website.

    Refund

    This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

    Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

    In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

    In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

    In case of any refunds approved by Summermoon, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
